Yet another airline does something really really smart (I mean, I’ll pay to avoid a middle seat) — but yet something that totally fucks over the consumer.
I’m pretty sure British Airways isn’t the first — I experienced this on AirTran a year or so ago when I booked a flight with them (for what was probably the last time, BTW).
