This past weekend I saw my 17th Dave Matthews Band show and my first at Madison Square Garden…. in one word, it was: amazing.
First of all, Madison Square Garden is a very iconic venue, so I was very excited about just seeing a show there. As a whole, the place was fine. It is sort of a dump and some pretty bad acoustics, but overall, still a decent place to see a show (for an arena).

Thinking of spontaneously heading over to Times Square after work and getting a ticket to a show for tonight …. hmmm …. what should I see?

My NYC Apartment
Finally, I feel that my apartment is at a place where I can share pictures of it with the general population (i.e. the 10 people who read this blog (it’s more than 10, but not much - haha)).

Ticketmaster -- A new Era or just Luck?
Those that have either followed this for a while, or know me, know that I despise Ticketmaster and have serious issues with how they operate, etc.
Well — I’ve had amazing luck recently — let me explain.
Since knowing I was moving to NYC - there were two shows at the top of my list that I really wanted to see: My Morning Jacket and Muse.

Good article, though a little fat on science and not enough about actual 20-somethings. The cover photo is great, because it shows a wide variety of 20-somethings and you think you’ll hear some of their stories or why they think we live a certain way … but no, just science … interesting none-the-less.

I would agree 100% with this writer’s review of the show. I’m not a big fan of U2 to begin with, I quickly learned that 2.5 hours of their music is enough to drive anyone crazy … but I wanted to see the technical portions of the show. Beautifully produced, if not distracting …. think KA - beautiful to watch, but no substance.
